Key Responsibilities

**Video Editing**

1. Edit videos for social media, websites, and other platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

2. Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

3. Ensure all videos are edited to meet the brand's style and tone guidelines.

4. Add music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance the video's overall quality.

**Reel Making**

1. Create engaging, short-form videos (Reels) for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

2. Develop Reel concepts, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with the team.

3. Ensure all Reels meet the brand's style and tone guidelines.

4. Optimize Reels for maximum engagement and views.

Photo Shoot

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute photo shoots for various projects.

2. Collaborate with the team to develop photo shoot concepts, themes, and styles.

3. Capture high-quality photos using professional camera equipment.

4. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience in video editing, Reel making, and photo shooting.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

3. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project requirements.

6. Strong attention to detail and quality control.

7. Portfolio showcasing your best work in video editing, Reel making, and photo shooting.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
