As a Technical Anchor working in Ford Credit IT, you will join a team that supports
- To develop digital products on Digital platform, web platform, mobile platform

**Required Skills**:
**- Work closely with Product Line Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the product roadmap
- Responsible for guiding and preparing technical architecture documentation for management review and approvals
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, development, and deployment
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJs, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Should have worked on delivering large complex digital systems (transactional & non-transactional) that used traditional and headless AEM architectural patterns driving personalized and targeted digital experiences
- Ability to build new APIs & reuse existing APIs as needed.
- Ability to deliver front-end digital experiences.
- Adobe AEM certifications are beneficial to the role
- Knowledge of AEM components, including templates, workflows, and forms
- Experience with AEM integration and custom development
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lead technical design and development efforts for AEM projects.

**Qualification**:

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A B.S. in Computer Science or other related degree.
- 10+ years of progressive responsibilities in management of software delivery experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with full stack software technologies such as AEM, graph-ql, JavaScript, React or other JavaScript frameworks, Java, Kotlin, etc. and cloud platforms like GCP, Azure or AWS

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership to solve problems and remove blockers for product teams.
- Develop and maintain the technical architecture for AEM-based solutions
- Design the future state digital web platform architecture around AEM, Target, Launch, and other Adobe technologies
- Design, build, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and forms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Configure and manage AEM environments, including setting up infrastructure, security, and performance tuning
- Integrate AEM with other systems and tools, such as CRM, CMS, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Lead technical design and development efforts for AEM projects
- Mentor junior AEM developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM technology trends and best practices
- Pair program frequently to stay current on the code base / tech stack.
- Coordinate reuse, architecture, and interoperability strategy.
