**Job Description**:
Key Accountabilities:

- Daily checking and reporting of manpower (company / contract).
- Effectively handover of Shift.
- To attend the Breakdowns in minimum time and increase plant availability.
- Ensuring 5S at workplace, Tool management.
- Ensure all dept. personnel follow safety precautions & PPE.
- Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedule.
- Sharing of feed back to the sectional head on breakdowns in their respective shifts.
- Maintain and update the logbook.
- Sharing of feedback on condition of machines for planning maintenance and spares procurement.
- Carrying out major overhauling of machines under guidance of Section head.
- Allotment of jobs to foreman / fitters.
- To provide the safe approach to various Equipment (on going) on priority.
- To ensure that all the jobs are being started after assurance of proper work permit.
- To ensure that all conditions of permit to work are properly full filled. To ensure that area is found properly cleaned before starting the job & again cleaned by his team after completion of job i.e. just before returning the permit.
- Carryout disposition action on machine breakdowns.
- Allotment of shift duties to foreman and operators.
- Authorize drawing material from stores.
- To dispose off the hazardous waste
- For Compliance of Safety Targets
- Compliance for Daily/Weekly Predictive maintenance schedule.
- For implementation of procedure as per SOP
- To ensure the work completion with required hygiene/quality standard.

Academic background: B. Tech - Mechanical

Learning experience: 3-4 years’ experience in Mechanical

Specific competency: Good interpersonal skills & Team work

Key competencies requirement (MUST HAVE)

Functional - Sound Knowledge of Process plant equipment maintenance, knowledge Safety procedures. and exposure of maintenance excellence.

Managerial - Good Interpersonal Skill and Positive attitude

Leadership - Ability to deal with plant people & good in teamwork
