- Conduct interactive and dynamic English language training sessions that cater to students' diverse learning needs.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance students' verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, and interpersonal abilities.
- Organize and oversee co-curricular activities such as debates, group discussions, language clubs, and other relevant events to promote language usage and communication skills.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on current methodologies, trends, and resources in English language teaching and communication skills development.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities and research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English language teaching, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English language and communication skills to students of different age groups or proficiency levels.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and effective communication strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive lesson plans and activities.
- Familiarity with the use of technology and digital tools to enhance language learning.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and motivating students.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment is preferred.
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus.
