- **Cooking**: Spreading batter onto a hot griddle to cook dosas, idlis, and other South Indian snacks.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
- **Hygiene**: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- **Menu Management**: Following recipes and possibly developing new ones to maintain authenticity and appeal to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Receiving, checking, and storing raw ingredients for dosa making.
- **Fast-Paced Operations**: Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment to meet customer demands and orders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
