**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and mentor students in **2D/3D animation, VFX, and game design**.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, projects, and hands-on workshops.
- Teach industry-standard software such as **Maya, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro**.
- Provide guidance on **character animation, motion graphics, special effects, and game development**.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in portfolio development and career guidance for students.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Animation, VFX, Game Design, or a related field**.
- **1 year** of experience in the animation, VFX, or gaming industry.
- Proficiency in **3D modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing**.
- Strong knowledge of software like **Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, After Effects, Photoshop, Nuke, and ZBrush**.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in training or mentoring students.
