**Job Summary**:

- Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings.
- Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.
- Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages.
- Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering on visuals.
- Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape visuals.
- Convert lead designers brief into 2d CAD & further into 3d MAX.
- Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.
- Work closely with design team.
- Stay updated with latest softwares used in the visualisation field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images.

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international projects experience.
- Experience in producing high quality architectural/interior still images and animations.
- Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualisation techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
