**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity and student behavior effectively.
- Assess and evaluate students by using a variety of teaching techniques, resources and progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments to provide timely feedback and enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents / guardians regarding student’s progress and development and maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and professional development programs.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills among students.
- We invite applicants who completed schooling in the CBSE board.
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teacher training qualification from a recognized university / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (D.El.Ed) is often required.
- 0 - 3 years of teaching experience as a CBSE teacher.
- Creativity in lesson planning, classroom activities, passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
- Knowledge of child development and ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance modern teaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
