Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course, identifying academic goals and objective of studying abroad.
- Offer insights into cultural, social, economic, and political aspects of life and studying in foreign country including information on climate patterns.
- Provide insights on career outcomes based on their preferred options
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
- Review and edit applicants’ essay, S.O.P., cover letters and any recommendation/ reference letters to enhance admission prospects and preparing them for Interview.
- Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills.
- Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
- Reporting student issues to the appropriate state authorities if neglect or abuse is suspected.
- Organize and lead educational fair and events for physical marketing plus providing leadership on campaigns for online marketing on social media
- Maintaining good relationships and Coordinating with Branches / Associates for pending documents and payments
- Stay updated with latest immigration policies, study/ work regulations, study visa’s, work visa’s, P.T.W., prospects of landing a job, maximum hours of work during term time and off term, and remuneration that could be expected, idea of overall cost of living besides charges payable to institutions and course fees, and prospects of P.R.
- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits and in - house seminars organized by the company
- Assistance in obtaining flight tickets and other travel related requirements.
- Conduct Pre departure orientation to acclimatize students with actual scenario/ reality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably, education, counseling, HR, international relations.
- Knowledge of international education systems, requirements, universities, institutions, Courses, admission, intakes, general cost involved, financial assistance available.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Visa process, immigration policies, and governmental policies and regulations
- Knowledge on cultural sensitivity and understanding of typical challenges abroad
- Any previous experience in the field, preferable.
- Affable personality with commitment, passion and dedication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
