**Job Description: Quality Analyst (Call Audit/Call Monitoring)**

**Language - Hindi and English is must fluency**

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit, analyze, report, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and analyze customer support trends.
- Track and record KPIs across various departments.
- Develop criteria for agent performance measurement (QA scorecard).
- Assess and monitor agent performance over time.
- Compile and analyze statistical data, including KPIs.
- Identify and implement strategies for process improvement.
- Draft and execute quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching with strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence, and alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

**Skills Required**:

- Quality control certification (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience in call auditing and monitoring.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
