**Job Title Talent Sourcing Quality Check Analyst**
**Location**:Pune
**Corporate Title **Recruitment Administrator.
The core area of focus for this role is to quality check the data to ensure adherence to policy and processes & support the Talent Sourcing team which includes Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility and Promotions (including real-time). You will be an essential member of the team in providing transparency and insights for both ongoing operational and policy adherence.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Offers in the queue to be checked on the same day or within 24 hours
- As a 4 - eye checker you need to be aware of all policies and process requirement
- Make sure each Internal and External offers are 100% audit compliant
- Make sure Recruiters put in the correct compensation
- Make sure all offers put in by the recruiters are 100% compliant on all documentation requirements
- Act as SME to recruiters.
- Track all the misses from recruiter/offer experts
- Monitor progress and completion of offer activities, escalating as needed
- Systems updated in real time and without error
- Meets or exceeds all applicable program SLAs
- Detail program specific SLAs here (i.e. responsiveness, accuracy, turnaround times)
**Your skills and experience**
- Eye for Details
- 4 eye check of offers
- Prior experience working with data (ideally HR data sets), including its extraction from source systems and transformation / cleaning ready for analysis and experience presenting data results verbally and in writing
- Good with MS-Office
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification
