**Position: Operations & Quality Executive**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Experience**: 1-2 years in operations and quality management, in the fresh produce industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee adherence to global and local quality standards for fruits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA) and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluations and quality checks to maintain consistent product quality.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
- **AQR Reports**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Agrify Quality Reports (AQR), documenting quality metrics and ensuring traceability from farm to market.
- Analyze AQR data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes.
- **Labor Management**:

- Supervise and train labor teams in proper handling, sorting, grading, and packaging techniques to minimize product damage and ensure optimal product presentation.
- Implement productivity targets and quality performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency to minimize lead times and reduce transportation costs while ensuring product freshness and integrity.
- **Supplier Relations**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and performance expectations.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality and safety standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency within the supply chain.
- Implement quality improvement programs and initiatives based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- **Systems Knowledge**:

- Utilize ERP systems and digital tools for inventory management, order processing, and data analytics to support decision-making and operational planning.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of fruit quality standards, post-harvest handling practices, and cold chain management in the fresh produce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

**Compensation**:
Up to ₹30,000 per month plus incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
