Field Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting staffing (like, Delivery Associates, Sorter, Van Associates) for our organization. Your responsibilities will include Field Recruitment and placements.

**Job Location: Goa - Bambolim**

**Responsibilities**:

- Use tracking systems to manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure processes.

**Education**:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a field or remote recruitment capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
