- We're looking for someone with deep understanding of US travel claims processing / travel industry & responsible for handling travel claims of Medical Treatment/hospitalization, Trip Cancellation, Baggage/Personal Items loss etc_
- Responsibilities_
- _End to end knowledge of Travel claim lifecycle, identify duplicate/ inappropriate Claims and take actions accordingly_
- _Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Experience of handling new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery_
- _Ability to build positive collaborations across business and technical communities_
- _Participates on improvement in execution initiatives for business divisions_
- _Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes_
- _Comprehension, decision making, multi-tasking, strong written communication and customer service skill/demeanor to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _US working hours and it is permanent night shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST)_
- _There is no fixed Saturday and Sunday offs and there is 5 day working culture with weekend working_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate except technical_
- _Excellent P&C Insurance knowledge_
- _Proven experience in domain_
- _Excellent analytical skills_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Ability to multi task and prioritize activities_
- _Ability to work independently_
- _Transition and operations set up experience_
- _Experience of front ending with customer_
