- Identify and research potential guests who align with the themes and goals of our podcasts, talk shows, and YouTube series.
- Convince and secure high-profile guests to appear on our or client shows and podcasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the booking process.
- Follow up consistently to ensure confirmations and manage scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with show producers and content strategists to ensure guest appearances align with the show's objectives and audience expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and guest interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests before, during, and after their appearances.

**your skills & experience**
- Experience in outreach, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully securing high-profile guests or clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach software is a plus.

**Bonus Points**
- Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry.
- Active engagement in professional networks or communities related to media and public relations.
- Experience with social media outreach and digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
