Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Process: Muthoot Finance

Location: Sector 2, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to financial products and services
- Assist customers with queries regarding loans, repayments, and account information
- Perform soft collection follow-ups in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication
- Follow company protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of finance and customer service principles
- Ability to handle soft collection calls with patience and professionalism
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum: Undergraduate or pursuing graduation
- Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background is a plus)
