- Manage people and oversee production of high-volume establishment for this upscale restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine.
- Used a POS system and show advanced money management skills.
- Assist in the selection of a POS system and employee training on the system.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by overseeing HACCP and daily product spot checks.
- Monitor cooking and chill temperatures; also, monitor smokehouse HACCP paperwork to ensure all entries are correct.
- Manage people and oversee production of high-volume establishment for this upscale restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine.
- Attend training when required/offered such as Serv-Safe
- Provide various support to all FOH and BOH staff during shifts, as needed.
- Develop and organize BOH through cleaning, maintenance, equipment care, and ordering and receiving.
- Oversee the kitchen staff while maintaining safety precautions, make sure FIFO are followed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
