Steward (Waiter) - female

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting kitchen staff with food preparation and dishwashing, and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently met. This role plays a vital part in delivering a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas.
- Collect and remove trash and recyclables; ensure proper disposal.
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food prep as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and food items.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Replenish clean linens, napkins, and serviceware.
- Support the kitchen and service staff during busy shifts.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit; able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
