**Position Overview**

Yizi-Le Furniture is hiring a **Carpentry Supervisor** to oversee daily furniture production, guide a team of carpenters, and ensure high-quality output. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Salary will be based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage carpentry/furniture production activities.
- Assign work, monitor output, and guide carpentry staff.
- Ensure accuracy in measurement, finishing, and product quality.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Train and support carpenters to improve skills and efficiency.
- Coordinate with management and stores for materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree qualifications in Logistics, Mechanical, or Civil will also be considered.
- Ability to read measurements and use carpentry tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
