**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods.
- Monitor and improve warehouse workflows, layouts, and productivity.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies.
- Train and evaluate new hires and existing staff.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
