**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and maintain manual or automated test scripts, tools, and datasets needed to execute test plans.
- Perform usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Effectively communicate testing activities and findings through oral and written methods.
- Manage and control your own daily testing activities.
- Provide internal quality assurance and support the test lead in identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Organize and maintain the test script library.

**What you bring**:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in software testing, including functional, ETL, and database testing. Knowledge of the banking domain is a plus.
- Experience in automation and manual testing, with knowledge of performance testing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle test plan and test case design independently.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with developers and testing personnel.
- Hands-on experience with any automation tools is beneficial.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile Scrum.
- Knowledge of TestRail and Rally.
- Expertise in any automation framework.
