**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Front Desk Management:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement departments for document distribution.
- Prepare and maintain front desk records, logs, and visitor registers.

Communication and Documentation:

- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and basic reports as directed by management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Maintain employee contact lists, internal extension directories, and vendor information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in business administration is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Basic understanding of project workflows in the PEB industry.
- Punctual, dependable, and well-organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
