**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales/operations data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- 1-4+ years of experience in sales and/or operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
