**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.).
- Analyze legacy data and map it to target ERP systems.
- Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
- Document migration processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and database management.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in global teams.
