Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Sourcing:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs.
- Develop relationships with key vendors and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Ensure continuous supply of materials while minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

2. Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure all procured materials meet food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to conduct supplier audits and material inspections.
- Stay updated with FSSAI, HACCP, and other relevant food safety regulations.

3. Cost & Budget Management:

- Monitor and control procurement costs while maintaining quality.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Manage procurement budgets and optimize purchasing efficiency.

4. Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

- Collaborate with stores and production teams to manage inventory levels.
- Plan procurement based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,686.36 per month
