Video Editor and Cinematographer

**Responsibilities**:

- Shoot high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment, and also be effective and efficient with phone photography/videography.
- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality and engaging video content, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Enhance visuals by incorporating sound effects, graphics, and special effects as needed.
- Ensure all edited content meets technical standards for various platforms (web, social media, broadcast)
- Manage video library organization, including archiving and cataloging footage for future projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and editing technologies to implement innovative ideas and techniques.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and cinematography equipment (e.g., DSLR cameras, lighting setups).
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting techniques, camera movement, and lighting principles.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or similar field preferred.
- Experience with color grading and audio mixing is a plus.
