Hiring for Sales & Marketing officer, who Must be experienced withfield sales, making visit plans etc.
- Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Developing and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Maintaining attendance and leave record of sales team
- Providing daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Identifying the training needs and setting up the training modules with the assistance of management

**Requirements**:

- Should have min. 5-10 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Distribution ship, Wholesale and Retail sales.
- Should be open to travelling
- Must have handled the team
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
