**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Chef to join our team as a Culinary Chef Instructor. The Culinary Chef Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive culinary arts education to our students. This role involves curriculum delivery, practical instruction, student assessment, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Instruction and Curriculum Delivery**:
- Deliver practical and theoretical culinary arts instruction based on the institute's curriculum, covering a range of cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and demonstrations focusing on foundational skills, regional specialties, international cuisines, and modern culinary trends.
- Prepare and organize all necessary ingredients and equipment for classes.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic learning environment in the kitchen.
**Student Guidance and Assessment**:
- Provide individual guidance and support to students to facilitate their learning and skill development.
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations, written tests, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- **Curriculum Development and Maintenance**:
- Contribute to the review and updating of the culinary arts curriculum to ensure its relevance to industry standards and current culinary practices.
- Assist in the development of new culinary courses and workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary world.
**Institute Support**:
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Assist with institute events, workshops, and demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain the culinary kitchen and equipment in good working order.
- Potentially assist with inventory management of culinary ingredients and supplies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a professional Culinary Chef in a variety of kitchen environments (e.g., restaurants, hotels, catering).
- Strong practical skills and a broad knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisines.
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A relevant culinary degree or diploma is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
