**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Create high-quality and engaging Reels** that align with current trends, using trending audio (especially local language songs) and creative effects to maximize reach.
- Develop video concepts that incorporate both local and global trends, ensuring content appeals to specific client demographics.
- Collaborate closely with the Niralsoft team to understand client brand goals and create Reels that capture their essence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, including popular audio, music, and effects, particularly those resonating in local languages and communities.
- Edit and produce video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and coordinate with social media managers to ensure timely delivery of Reels.
- Optimize Reels for maximum reach and engagement, considering video length, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video creation, specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, including the use of local language songs and trending audio that resonate with diverse audiences.
- A portfolio of previous work, showcasing creativity, video production quality, and an understanding of audience engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting content to different brands and industries.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to assess content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
