**Draughtsman - Architecture/Civil required for educational institutions/hospital projects/ hospitality projects/high end commercials in south Delhi**

Minimum 3 years experience in educational institutes / higher end commercial projects.

Job roles include planning and drawing sketches of residential buildings from given data, preparing working drawings of all types of buildings from line sketches in CAD, Planning, drawing, estimating, and costing of civil work, drawing plans by using CAD, and making of 3D models of civil work. Giving setting out of site, supervision of civil work etc.

**Qualification**: Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture.

Degree from a technical college also acceptable.

Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).

Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.

Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

**Engagement Type**: Full-Time

**Probation Period**: 3 Months

**Salary**:Salary shall commensurate with exp. & merit and shall not be a constraint
