**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute field sensitization programs targeting doctors and onboard them into our project. The Field Executive will also provide support to healthcare professionals and their ancillary staff, focusing on High Fertility Rate (HFR) and (FPR). Additionally, the role involves deploying app-enabled solutions at healthcare facilities and generating ABHA-linked records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Sensitization and Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement field sensitization strategies targeting doctors.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to educate them about the project's objectives and benefits.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of doctors into the project.
- **Support for Healthcare Professionals**:

- Provide assistance and support to healthcare professionals and their ancillary staff.
- Collaborate with medical personnel to address any concerns or issues related to project implementation.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure healthcare staff are proficient in utilizing project resources effectively.
- **Deployment of App-Enabled Solutions**:

- Manage the deployment of app-enabled solutions at healthcare facilities.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on using the app effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration of app-based solutions into existing healthcare workflows.
- **Generation of ABHA-Linked Records**:

- Collect and maintain accurate records of project activities, including ABHA-linked data.
- Analyze data to measure project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and achievements.

Pay: ₹10,711.18 - ₹14,500.00 per month
