**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles.
- Conceptualize and design new collections according to brand direction and seasonal themes.
- Create detailed sketches, CAD drawings.
- Collaborate with pattern makers.
- Source and select fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Can create new embroidery designs and make khaka.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Maintain awareness of target market preferences and brand positioning.
- Meet design deadlines and ensure timely delivery of collections.

**Bag Design**:

- Conceptualize and design new collections of embroidered handbags, and other accessories.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for bag construction.
- Select appropriate materials such as fabrics, canvas, trims, and hardware.
- Collaborate with sampling and production teams to develop prototypes.
- Ensure that each design aligns with brand identity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

**Trend Research & Development**:

- Research trends in embroidery, color palettes, patterns, and accessory design.
- Develop seasonal themes and design mood boards for new collections.
- Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences in fashion accessories.

**Coordination & Execution**:

- Work with the merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth sampling and production processes.
- Communicate design ideas effectively through mood boards, illustrations, and mock-ups.
- Oversee quality control of embroidery and bag samples before final approval.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Fashion Design**, **Textile Design**, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion design (apparel, ready-to-wear, or relevant category).
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW**.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, draping, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in “women’s western wear and Bags.
- Knowledge of production processes and costing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
