Bakery Stall Incharge

As a Bakery Stall Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery stall. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and profitability. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and uphold quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**: Directly manage bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

**Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and courteously.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.

**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation. Conduct regular quality checks on products and address any issues promptly.

**Food Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

**Marketing and Promotion**: Assist in developing marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase brand awareness. This may include social media promotion, signage, and special promotions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
