**International Business Development Executive**

**Job Overview**: As an International Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in international markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our global footprint.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets.
- Analyze market entry strategies and recommend actionable insights to senior management.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners in targeted international markets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with company capabilities and objectives.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the company’s international growth strategy.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics related to international business development.
- **Networking**:
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting international business.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; MBA preferred. B.pharma & MBA in pharmaceutical management.
- Fresher or experienced.
- Proven track record of successfully entering and growing business in international markets.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
