**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication difficulties in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment.
- Offer guidance and training to parents and staff to support communication development at home and school.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices and new developments in speech and language therapy.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress and needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Therapist/Pathologist (as per local regulations).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication development in children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and engage students.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech and language disorders.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
