Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Packing and Dispatch Executive to manage

the end-to-end export packing, labeling, and dispatch process for aluminium utensils. The ideal

international standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Export Packing:

- Plan and execute appropriate packing techniques for aluminium utensils to prevent

damage during transit.
- Ensure correct usage of materials like bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, pallets, shrink

wraps, etc.
- Label packages accurately with product details, barcodes, and destination

information.
- Dispatch Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate dispatches with freight forwarders, transporters, and

logistics partners.
- Generate and verify packing lists, invoices, and export documentation.
- Ensure shipments are loaded accurately as per the Packing List and dispatch

schedule.
- Documentation and Compliance:

- Prepare and maintain export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List,

Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations and customer-specific

packing instructions.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for clearance procedures.
- Inventory and Reporting:

- Maintain stock records of packed goods ready for dispatch.
- Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
- Provide regular dispatch reports and updates to management.
- Quality and Safety:

- Inspect packaging to meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure the goods meet export

quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree B Com, BA or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in export packing and dispatch, preferably in the

aluminium/metal/utensils industry.
- Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
