**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- NICU, Neonatal Intensive Care, PALS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
