We are currently seeking a Scrum master to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

should have
- Must be Fluent with Lean and Kanban.
- Must be able to Coach the team members on Lean & Kanban & help transform ways of working.
- Must be a servant leader and remember the role doesn't not provide special status or authority.
- Must have actionable agile knowledge.
- Must have JIRA/Confluence knowledge.
- Must be able to identify different types of risk.
- Should be conformable in regularly checking the Kanban board and making sure that no work item has been blocked for too long
- Ability to ensure the policies are followed by the team members.
- Able to clarify priorities for the team. Priorities should be generally set by a businessperson/ other stakeholder
- Able to collect data about the work items on the Kanban board and discussing it with the team /Conduct flow review using quantitative data
- Able to do flow retrospective
- Help team in RCA
- Keep an eye out for quality (E.g. ensuring that errors are not repeated more than once)
- Perform request clustering.
- Should be opinionated, but reasonable
- Able to create a sense of urgency without stressing team out.
- Focus on continuous evolvement and sustainability of the flow
- Provide transparency to all the stakeholders
- Facilitate any discussions / alignments and able to do handle conflicts
- Promote and foster effective communication between stakeholders

Preferred

Certified KMP 1 & 2 or KCP
