**Job Brief**: We are seeking a general administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling tasks like answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various office duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1- 2 years an back office Executive or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have good hand on experience of MS Office

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
