We are looking for a well-experienced assistant manager in project management who will be responsible for leading the projects, establishing the project execution approach and overall project handover, execution planning, and monitoring and controlling both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Lead project implementation and management for client engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Hands-on experience in project planning and tracking modules and software
- Ensure timely delivery of project completion
- Coordinate with all business functions for requirement-gathering engagements of respective teams
- Define project scope, prioritize work, and develop data transformation project plans, including validation activities, with the team.
- Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage issues, mitigate risks, and escalations, and be the change champion to contribute to the program's overall success.
- Escalate issues when appropriate. Establish alternate plans for high-impact/high-probability risks.
- Collaboratively manage a program aimed at fulfilling a large volume of roles, working closely with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management.
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders locally and globally.
- Foster communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Drive process improvement and implement best practices for efficient project delivery.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Past Experience as a React Developer (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
- Excellent communication skills necessary
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Excellent risk management and reporting abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
