Solution Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients' supply chain processes and business objectives, and design innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead client engagements and work with clients to define, design, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define and deliver high-level and detailed architecture design based on clients' business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle - from requirements gathering, design, and development to testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the solutions implemented.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products and services to customers and prospective customers.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into simple terms when needed.
- Support sales teams with technical queries and assist in creating and presenting tailored demonstrations or proof of concepts.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. With 12+ year of experience (5 years in Architect role)
- Strong understanding of multiple technical domains - including software development, web services, database design, security, and infrastructure.
- Experience working with various technologies and platforms (Spring Java,SSO,Aws,Azure,SQL,Mongodb,RestAPI,API-gateways).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and domains.
- Experience in a client-facing role in a product company.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in the supply chain domain.
- Experience with supply chain management systems (PLM,ERP,Logistics)
