**Job Summary**:
As a KYC Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by verifying the identity of customers and assessing the risk associated with the business relationship. Your primary focus will be on collecting and analysing customer information to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Due Diligence (CDD)**:

- Conduct thorough KYC checks on new and existing customers.
- Verify the identity, source of funds, and purpose of transactions.
- Assess the risk associated with each customer and transaction.

**Documentation**:

- Collect, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer documentation.
- Ensure all required KYC documents are complete and comply with regulatory standards.
- Communicate with customers to obtain missing or additional information.

**Compliance**:

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and customer identification program (CIP) regulations.
- Report any suspicious activities to the compliance department.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, risk management, and customer support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to clarify and obtain necessary information.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of KYC activities.
- Generate reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.

**Training**:

- Stay informed about changes in KYC regulations and industry trends.
- Provide training to other team members or departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a KYC or compliance role is preferred.
- Knowledge of AML regulations and CDD practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
