**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed mood boards, material boards, interior design plans, including precise drawings and 3D renderings.
- Coordinate with project management consultants to ensure projects are executed according to the design specifications and within set timelines and budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities and materials required for each project.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, from concept to completion.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Use hand-drawn sketches to convey design concepts and details effectively.
- Ensure that every aspect of the project aligns with our commitment to precision and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Interior Architect, with a portfolio showcasing diverse completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Morpholio, and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
- Good hand-drawing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to interior design.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
