**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input production data, inventory details, and other related information into the company’s databases and software systems.
- **Inventory Management**: Update inventory records, track raw materials and finished goods, and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- **Production Tracking**: Record and maintain daily production reports, including quantities produced, materials used, and production efficiency metrics.
- **Documentation**: Maintain digital and physical records of production schedules, shipments, quality control logs, and other essential documentation.
- **Report Generation**: Assist in the generation of regular reports on production trends, inventory status, and operational performance.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure the accuracy of data related to doll manufacturing, including orders, shipments, and returns.
- **Quality Control Support**: Support the quality control team by documenting and tracking product quality inspections, defects, and rework requirements.
- **Data Accuracy**: Ensure all data entries are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards and policies.
- **Filing and Archiving**: Assist in filing and archiving important data and records in accordance with company protocols.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance as needed to support smooth operations of the production and inventory departments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or office administration a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and data entry software.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory systems.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
