**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Database management for global product compliance requirements, mapping of requirements efficiently to reduce overall compliance cost for customer.
- Conducting market research to determine customer needs and industry trends.
- To identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan for sales team to target potential customers.
- Collaborating with other departments like Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Admin team to ensure effective communications and efficient operations.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within the organization, taking progress reporting, and controlling project execution timelines.
- Suggest innovative techniques to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Search, plan and attend seminars, webinars, campaigns, meetings relevant to the compliance industry and submit reports.

**Profile Requirements: -**
- Knowledge of international certificate requirements and experience of project management for the same.
- High Result Oriented person with well-defined objectives to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong in research and analysis with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
- Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests
- Able to travel to different cities in India and Abroad as per the business requirements
- Growth mindset, focused on improving business outcomes
- Well-versed with MS-Tools like MS-Excel, PowerPoint and good at Database Management

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
