**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

**Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using appropriate testing devices.
- Repair or replace faulty wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and codes.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Report any significant issues or suggestions for system improvements to management.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other maintenance staff and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Provide guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid electrician license or certification.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with electrical systems in a factory environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Proficient in using electrical testing devices and hand tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
