**Job Title**: Account Specialist / Account Executive

**Experience Required**:

- Total Experience: 1+ Years
- Relevant Experience: Proficiency in Excel, GST, TDS, Data Entry, Finance, and Taxation

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales and purchase entries.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records for accuracy.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Tally Prime and Tally ERP-9.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage account reconciliations.
- Support tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to manage and address account-related inquiries.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in an Account Executive or similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP-9, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and perform financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, finance, and taxation.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset for assessing and improving accounting processes.

**Additional Information**:

- Work Hours: 10 to 7

Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
