**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
- Fluency in [relevant languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, or local languages].
