**Job Title: Education Counsellor**
**Location**: RD Public School, Betul (M.P.)
**Role Summary**:
The Education Counsellor will guide students and parents on academic choices, career options, and the admission process. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and coordination with academic teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career paths.
- Maintain student records and follow-up schedules.
- Support the admission process and documentation.
- Conduct info sessions, webinars, and school visits.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related field)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions preferred
