**Roles and responsibilities**:
Basic Requirements:
Sales pitch to handle the customers perfectly.
Contacting the New & Existing students from the CRM and guiding them with the best options of courses and colleges
End
- to-end assistance for student's admission.
Updating the student's feedback with all information in the CRM.
Building a strong rapport with all students and parents.
Ensuring excellent customer service to our students and parents.
Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills
Eligibility Requirements:
Graduate in any stream is preferable

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent time-management skills
- Works well with others and can multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience in a similar role.

**Age criteria: 20-30years**
